🌸 Grow With the Flow
Let’s water the good stuff together💧
Hello there Growth Gurus,
We’ve been pondering an acronym recently:
G - get
R - rid
O - of old
W - ways
Growth doesn’t always look like a sunrise or a breakthrough—it often looks like showing up on a quiet Tuesday when no one’s watching. It looks like trying again, being gentle with yourself, and choosing kindness even when you’re tired. It’s a reminder to yourself that your blooming is right on time.
I hope this little space reminds you that you're not alone, you're not behind, and every step forward is a chance to Get Rid Of Old Ways and walk in alignment with your heart. We’re so glad you’re here. It’s that time again for our weekly growdown and lowdown on positive findings…
Positive Quotes:
“Get out of your comfort zone and into the growth zone.” ~Tony Robbins
“Good and evil both increase at compound interest. That is why the little decisions you and I make every day are of such infinite importance. The smallest good act today is the capture of a strategic point from which, a few months later, you may be able to go on to victories you never dreamed of.” ~C.S. Lewis
“You might be poor, your shoes might be broken, but your mind is a palace.” ~Frank McCour
“Time decides who you meet in life, your heart decides who you want in your life, and your behavior decides who stays in your life.” ~Ziad K. Abdelnour
“We are not trapped or locked up in these bones. No, no. We are free to change. And love changes us. And if we can love one another, we can break open the sky.” ~Walter Mosley

Everything compounds— effort, laziness, knowledge, ignorance. The question is: What are you compounding?
To Make Someone Happy, Ask for Help
As she pulled up to the house and was greeted by the man, she quickly noticed something was off — she felt the man looked sick. So, she decided to go out of her way and help bring the groceries into his house. Stop saying ‘I think’—to sound confident and influence people, use this ‘subtle but powerful’ swap
Here are a few examples of this swap in action at work and in life:
Instead of: “I think we should go with the second proposal.“
Try: “I recommend we go with the second proposal.”Instead of: “I think we should prioritize this project.“
Try: “I recommend prioritizing this project.”Instead of: “I think you should try this restaurant.“

50 Wholesome And Heartwarming Posts That Might Make Your Day Better
When I was 5 years old I made this paper tie for my dad for Father’s Day. I worked so hard on it and was so proud. He told me that he would wear it on my wedding day and I giggled and went on with my day… years later it is my wedding night and as my father and I go to have our father daughter dance he pulls this bad boy out and we dance. He had hid it away to make me THINK it got lost in the move. I will cherish this moment for the rest of my life ❤️

Positive Stories:
Every morning, before the sun rose, an old woman would carry two clay pots—one on each end of a wooden yoke balanced across her shoulders. She walked a narrow path to the river, filled both pots to the brim, and made the long trek back to her cottage.
One pot was perfect—smooth, polished, and proud. The other had a long hairline crack that had deepened over time, invisible at first but now wide enough to leave a dripping trail of water along the dirt road.
The cracked pot hated the sound of its own leak.
Day after day, it listened to the uncracked pot speak with pride.
“I always come home full,” it would say, settling smugly onto the stone shelf by the hearth.
The cracked pot could only shudder quietly in response, a puddle already forming beneath it.
“I’m sorry,” the cracked pot whispered one evening, when the sun had sunk low and shadows softened their shapes. “I’m just not what I was made to be.”
The other pot said nothing, content in its wholeness.
The next morning, as they were lifted onto the road again, the cracked pot braced itself for more shame. More failure. More waste.
The woman stopped along the path and knelt beside the pot, smiling
"Have you ever noticed the path we walk together?" she whispered.
The pot was quiet.
"I planted flower seeds along your side of the trail," she said softly. "And every day, as you drip and doubt, you water them. For over a year now, your crack has painted my mornings in color."
The pot stared in stunned silence as she pointed out the riot of daisies, lavender, and wild poppies swaying in the breeze. "You may think you’re broken but I don’t see it that way. Look at how much you make the world bloom…”
🌟 Positopian Lessons in this Story 🌟
1️⃣ 🌸 Your imperfections may be your greatest contribution. What we see as flaws or weaknesses may actually be the very things that make us uniquely impactful. The cracked pot thought it was failing, but it was quietly helping the world bloom. Our cracks let the light out—and often, they’re how we bring beauty to someone else.
2️⃣ 🌱 Growth isn’t always visible—but that doesn’t mean it’s not happening. The pot didn’t realize the difference it was making until the woman showed it the flowers. In life, we don’t always see the results of our kindness, our effort, or our persistence right away. But beauty is growing behind the scenes. Keep walking forward.
3️⃣ 🌼 You are enough, even if you're not whole in the way you expected. Sometimes the pressure to be perfect drowns out our worth. But there’s quiet value in showing up, in being yourself, and in giving what you can. You don’t have to be flawless to be deeply valuable…
